I used to smoke a long time ago and stopped when I found out I expected my first child. I hadn't smoked for so many years, so it wasn't so hard for me. But I lost my father to lung cancer and I know many people who have struggled for years to quit smoking, so this is an important topic to me.

If I was to stop smoking today I would most likely use hypnosis as a way to do this. As I have used hypnosis download-files for other needs, and to make other changes in my life, I know I can get results that way.

Smoking is a habit. When using hypnosis, we work with our unconscious mind to change habits that are deeply rooted. The unconscious mind is incredibly powerful and it works like a tremendous computer. All your life, it has been programmed with your experiences and interpretations of the world around you. Hypnosis is a way to access this computer and update the programming so that you more easily can accomplish the changes that you want in your life.

Brain research has found that it takes 21-30 days to establish a new habit. And my experience is that after listening to hypnosis files for 3-4 weeks I start to notice changes. I keep listening for longer than that to really implement the new habits. To succeed, you have to want to stop smoking. You only quit when you don't want to smoke any more.

I find it easy and comfortable to use these download files in my mp3-player every evening before I go to sleep. Works well for me and I recommend it to everyone else who wants a lifestyle change.
