Self development is about making choices and finding the things that really matter to us. Every time we make a choice that is our own, we grow a little bit.
We need to ask ourselves time and time again - Is this really what I want or am I just taking the easy way out? It is so easy to look at other people and follow their examples. That is not self development. We need to find our own way and to listen to our own inner voice. We need to get to know ourselves and the possibilities that we have. Self development is about listening to the different sides of our personalities, and giving those sides a chance to be expressed. Self development is to choose honesty and sensitivity toward oneself. If we do not choose self development we will develop anyway, but not in directions that we have chosen.

Make a conscious choice!

Listening to audio files, CD:s or cassettes is a great way to develop and grow. I usually listen while doing other things such as walking, exercising, preparing dinner or washing the dishes. What we choose to let into our lives makes a difference. Instead of being influenced by anything that comes our way, we can make conscious choices and develop faster. Here are some suggestions:
