Hello and welcome, I'm glad you're here. I'm Ingela Berger from Lifestyle Plans inviting you to learn how to create the life of your choice. I have personal experience from lifestyle changes in several areas of my life. I have learned the hard way and made many detours and mistakes before realising that I have the power to change my life.

Sometimes learning through difficult experiences may result in a stronger conviction and purposefulness. I hope to share some of that with you.

I suppose you know that quick and easy solutions like "lose weight while you sleep" do not work in the long run. It takes a long-term lifestyle change to get lasting results.

Changing your life is a process that takes time. And we must let it take time. Step by step, if we have a little patience, we will see the new lifestyle take place. And I want to prove to you that this process is fun!

I know that you can create your new lifestyle. One small change can make a big difference.
